We currently accept most major health insurances.
Please inquire with our staff if we accept your health insurance.

For those who will not be using health insurance, the fees for an office visit are as follows:

Manhattan Office $245.00
     
Queens Office $160.00
     
Office policy regarding payments:
     
All payments are due at the time of service

All Office visit fees for those not using insurance
 
Payments may be made by Cash, Money Order, or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We never accept personal checks.
